Thailand Visa Requirement

Basic Document:-

Seven (07) Months Valid Passport with the last one Old Passport if have one. (if an OLD passport is Lost then a GD copy with a translated notary must be required).

Recent 2 copy photographs taken in the last 6 months (white background only, photo size 35 mm X 45 mm, Matt paper)

Original Personal / Company Bank statement of the last 06 months with Bank Solvency Certificate (Minimum balance BDT 60,000 for individual and BDT 120,000 for family) should be available in the bank till the processed passport is returned.

An active contact number, an alternative phone number, and an active number of local guarantor must be provided                                                                                                  

For Business Person:- 

Renewal Trade license copy with notary public (English Translated)
Memorandum of Article for limited company if the applicant’s name not mention in trade license/ Form XII
The blank page of Office Pad / Company Letter Head Pad
Visiting Card

For Job Holder:-

No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Employer (with an workplace’s official Cell phone and TnT numbers).

Mandatory official ID card copy.

Visiting Card.

Salary Bank Statement (preferably). In the case of a Personal Account Statement (Savings Account) – need to provide the Salary Certificate/Payslip of last 03 months

BMDC certificate for Doctor 

BAR Council Certificate for Advocate

Retirement certificate for Retired Person.

For Govt. employees – GO is required with an English translation notary must be required.

For Student: –

Student ID card copy.
Recommendation Letter or Leave Letter from the Educational Institute.
Birth Certificate (Only for Child & infant)

Others:-

Marriage Certificate Copy or Nikahnama or the contract of marriage (if the spouse’s name is not mentioned in the Applicant’s passport)

For Medical

In case of medical treatment, a copy of the appointment letter from a hospital in Thailand and if applicable, an original letter from a local doctor/hospital if the applicant is a first-time traveler. 

Recent case summary of the patient’s medical reports issued by the local hospital;

Copy of recent certificate of acceptance for treatment/invitation letter from the receiving hospital in Thailand confirming the patient’s condition and the necessity of transfer to Thailand. The letter should mention the accompanying person’s name(s) & relation, who will travel with the patient by Air Ambulance;

Booking confirmation letter (such as Med letter & Action Plan) of an Air Ambulance.

Visa Extension

If you find yourself in Nepal and wish to extend your stay, you can apply for a visa extension at the Department of Immigration in Kathmandu or the Immigration Office at the entry points. Keep in mind that visa extensions are subject to specific conditions, and not all visas are eligible for extension.

Requirements for Seal/Steaker visa

 

Personal Documents:

  • Duly filled & signed online visa application form.
  • Current passport (minimum validity for 06 months until the planned date of return and minimum two blank pages for visa stamp).
  • One recent color passport size photograph with a white background
  • NID / Birth certificate copy.

 

Professional Documents:

  • For Business Person: Original Trade License (notarized and with English translation) & valid Bangla Trade License and visiting card.
  • For Employee: Recommendation letter from the employer and employer’s English translated & notarized Trade License (Original) & valid Bangla Trade License and visiting card and Valid ID Card
  • For Student: Valid original student ID Card & last Educational Certificate (attested photocopy) or a recommendation letter from the College/University 

 

Travel documents:

  • Dhaka – Kathmandu – Dhaka Two way confirm tickets

 

For “Group Visa”:
Submission of a name list with passport numbers on a College/University/ official letter pad with a recommendation from department head (with official seal and signature of the Department head). That letter has to be faxed to the Embassy before submission of the application.

Short-term Single, Entry Visa: As like Tourist visas.
Long-term Multiple, Entry Visa: Like Tourist visa along with supporting documents (e.g., the letter from the school, the letter from an employer in India, etc.)
Transit Single Entry Visa: As like Tourist visa along with a copy of a confirmed ticket plus a visa for the third country and a copy of the Hotel booking.
Transit Double Entry Visa: As like Tourist visa along with a copy of a confirmed ticket plus a visa for the third country and a copy of the Hotel booking.

 


Note:
No visa is required for Diplomatic and Official Passport holders. Visa fees are waived for regular or ordinary passport holders.
